Tango Dance
Tango Dance is an ongoing series of 3D captured scenes of people moving while interacting with the environment around them. It is a playful exploration that aims to document moments in time by mixing 3D scanning and motion.
All pieces in this project are presented as point clouds, which are large datasets of dots that hold X, Y, and Z coordinates as well as color information about the subjects being captured. In isolation, the points don’t mean much, but together, they form a volumetric scene that invites the audience to visualize a story in a unique way.
